About the event
This 2.5-hour holistic wellbeing and mindfulness session is designed specifically for working professionals. It supports effective stress management, boosts resilience, enhances relaxation, and improves focus and productivity.
Sessions are thoughtfully curated to meet your organisation’s needs and may include a blend of breathwork, reflective practices, therapeutic crafts, collaborative activities, and gentle mindset exercises.
Where appropriate and weather permitting, sessions can also be delivered outdoors to further enhance wellbeing and connection.
