We are organising online Q&A Sessions to answer any of your questions and provide further details, including travel arrangements.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon completing the registration form and paying a deposit of 300 EUR, due by December 28, 2024, at the latest.

Remaining balance will need to be paid by February 19, 2025, at the latest.
Cancellation Policy:

60 days or less before the start of the event: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will apply.

7 days or less before the start of the event: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will apply.

You can easily rent a local taxi or a charming Tuk Tuk at a very affordable rate to take you wherever you wish. We’re happy to recommend attractive places for you to visit or even accompany you.
