Experience guided floating meditations that combine gentle somatic movement, breathwork, sensory reduction, subtle energy work and sound to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and create a profound state of relaxation. Sessions take place in an outdoor rooftop pool weather permitting.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, as well as no-shows, are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded or credited toward a future session. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session if there are insufficient participant bookings or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered either a full refund or a credit to be used toward a future session.
