SESSION TIMES:

Sunsets: Most sessions are scheduled in the late afternoon or evening, designed for restoration and healing—perfect to unwind after a busy day.

Mornings: Some sessions are held in the morning, aimed at invigoration and energy flow—an ideal way to start your day.

Sessions last approximately 1 hour.

 

YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW HOW TO FLOAT.

Floats will be provided, so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about staying afloat.

The  depth is shallow allowing you to stand anytime you need.

 

THE SESSIONS ARE FOR EVERYONE 18+.

All you need is to be comfortable in water. Please ensure your medical and psychological conditions allow you to be in water for extended periods, or consult your healthcare provider.

BRING:

  • Swimwear

  • Towel

  • Water

  • Sunscreen (for morning sessions in summer)

  • Optional: earplugs, swimming cap, extra clothes, light robe
